Plum is an amateur golfer who appears as one of the first playable golfers in the Nintendo 64 Mario Golf.

HistoryEdit

Mario Golf seriesEdit

Mario Golf (Nintendo 64)Edit

Plum makes her debut in Mario Golf as one of the playable characters available from the start. She is generally a well-balanced golfer, though she lacks strength; as such, she cannot drive the ball very far. However, Plum makes up for her lack of power with technique and control. She also has a straight shot trajectory. She has black hair with double side ponytails and wears a blue shirt with a red neckline, black shorts, white socks, and white sneakers.

Mario Golf (Game Boy Color)Edit

Plum makes a small cameo appearance in the dictionary menu of the Game Boy Color Mario Golf. Here, she serves as the person explaining and defining golf terms. She is depicted with red hair in this game.

Super Smash Bros. seriesEdit

Super Smash Bros. MeleeEdit

Plum received her own trophy in Super Smash Bros. Melee and is the only original Mario Golf character to be depicted as a trophy in the game. It can be obtained when it appears at random in one of the game's single-player modes.

Super Smash Bros. BrawlEdit

Plum appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a sticker. In The Subspace Emissary, the sticker can be used by any character, raising their attack power by five points.

Profiles and statisticsEdit

Super Smash Bros. Melee trophyEdit

Name Image Game / Move Description
Plum   Mario Golf
7/99
Plum is one of the first playable golfers in Mario Golf. She's not all that strong, so her drives tend to lack distance. On the other hand, her strike area is large and allows for refined control. She's a very stable golfer, both well balanced and easy to master, which makes her a favorite among beginners and pros alike.
